Binding off in the round
What is the best technique for binding off a k2 p2 ribbing in the round? I slipped the first knit stitch and knit the second, then slipped the first over the knit stitch and off the needle. I then did the same thing with the next two purl stitches (I purled both of them, I didn't slip the first purl stitch) and it did not appear to be binding off but almost adding onto the stitches I'm not trying to bind off yet. Any suggestions??

That's correct, I think. You BO the same way you do on straight needles and stay in pattern. You don't just k2, and bind off one, p2 and bind off one. K2, pull the first st over, P1, pull the first st over, P1, pull the first st over, K1, pull the first st over.
