Neat Stripes when knitting in the round
Whenever I try to knit stripes in the round, the stripe is "crooked" at the starting point - where I join the new color. This looks terrible on a baby's hat or a sock. I try to keep it in the back of the hat, but I'm really disappointed with the look. By the way, I knitting the magic loop method if it makes any difference. Anyone have any suggestions?

When you knit in the round you are really knitting a spiral so uneven edges are normal. Try using one of these methods known as a 'jogless jog' and see which works for you. I use the first one usually because it's easy and I don't have to think about it.
