Can anybody help me locate the SchoolMarm Vest crochet pattern from Interweave Crochet (Winter '07) I'm in Canada, and the shipping cost for this magazine. is crazy, either from the US or here.

I'm willing to pay to download the pattern, but there isn't a link for a download on the magazine's site...
