Help with pattern
I have been knitting for many years. Am not a novice but after many years have come across a row in a pattern that I can not figure out.
"Work sts as they face you" This is on the wrong side.
Any one help me with this

It just means to knit the knits and purl the purls as they face you. So if you look at the next stitch and it's a knit, knit it. If it's a purl, purl it.

It is simple. You knit when you are on a knit stitch or purl if you see a purl. In other words repeat the stitch you see or facing you.
