Pattern question
So I'm knitting my first garment, and before I even start I'm a bit stumped on the pattern. I understand what a bias row is, how to do the stitches, everything, the only two things I don't understand is this: where in the pattern does it indicate how often to do the bias row (I know it says every RS row, but I don't understand how that would work given the other instructions), and when I would use stitch holders in the pattern? This is all for the Left Front pattern instructions.

I'm guessing that I'm just thinking too much about this, and that the answer is pretty simple, I just don't want to get half way through it and realize I misread the pattern!

This is the pattern: http://www.knitty.com/ISSUEsummer07/PATTaskew.html

Thank you in advance!

The pattern for the L front says to begin by working 4 rows in garter beginning with a RS row. So you'll know which side is the RS from the first row, mark it and do the bias pattern on row 1 and every other row after that.
