Eltee Casting On Join Date: Jan 2010 Posts: 2 Thanks: 0 Thanked 0 Times in 0 Posts	How to make ruffles? I'm getting ready to start the Latifa scarf pictured in the free pattern section. The instructions for the ruffle say to pick up stitches which I know how to do. Then it says "knit in the front and back". Is that just like you do when you increase?....knit, then put the needle in back and knit again before you pull it off the needle? Thanks.
