I am knitting in the round using magic loop method and needed to rip back a few rows to correct a big mistake. I now have the correct number of stitches on my needles oriented correctly.
I know I need to count the Vs in my stockinette stitches, but I don't know what that's telling me.
I have 4 rows of Vs right up to the bottom of my needle. Does that mean I have 4 completely rows and am now ready to knit my 5th row? Or are those stitches on the needle the 5th row ones?
