I am knitting SIrdar 8886, and am about to pull my hair out!
here is the problematical lacy trim:
91 sts
1st row: Purl
2nd row: k3 (m1 k5) 17 times, m1 k3. 109 sts
3rd row: p
change to 4 mm needles
1st row: k3 *k1, k2tog, yfwd, k1, yfwd, s1, k1, psso, k6, rep from * to last 10 sts, k1, k2tog, yfwd, k1, yfwd, s1, k1. psso, k4
2nd row: p
3rd row: k3, *(k2tog, yfwd) twice, k1, yfwd, s1, k1, psso, k2, inc in next st, k2, rep from * to last 10 sts, (k2tog, yfwd) twice, k1, yfwd, s1, k1, psso, k3. 117 sts.
this is the row that I can't get, 109 sts - the first k3=106 sts, - the last 10 sts= 96. my count has the rep = 11 sts which does not rep to 96! AARGH
4th row: p
5th row: k3, *k1, k2tog, yfwd, s1, k1, psso, k7, rep from * to last 10 sts, k1, k2tog, yfwd, s1, k1, psso, k4
when I do the math for the 5th row, the same problem occurs. 117-3-10= 104, the rep is 9 which does not rep to 104! AAARGH

k3, 8 pattern repeats of 13 sts, 10 end sts= 117sts

k3, your pattern repeat is 11 sts, but i only count 9 end sts which will only produce 8 new end stitches= not enough.

Look at your pattern again. if this is exactly what is written in the pattern, then you need to go and look at the website for errata.
In the meantime......
if someone else could look at this and make sure that MY math is correct and IM looking at this correctly??????

This has 12 sts in the pattern repeat, not 11, but there are only 9 st in the last '10' sts.
