Brand new to knitting...
Is it possible to alternate between English and Continental knitting? I find that my hand/fingers get stiff quickly. Thanks.

I think if you keep alternating regularly and WATCH YOUR GAUGE you can train your hands to knit perfect gauge using either technique!

But be sure to alternate REGULARLY. Don't give one of them more 'time' than the other.
Maybe every other day, switch!
