sewing pieces together
I have just finished knitting the front, back and two sleeves of a sweater (not on circular needles, so they are alle flat pieces that need to be sewn together). I knit it all in stockinette. Now I have to sew the 4 pieces together;

I have already joined the front and the back at the shoulders, and attached the sleeves. Now I need to sew each sleeve together and the sides of the front and the back.

My question is: Where do I start with the last sewing? The bottom of the front/back? In the armpit? at the end of the sleeves? Or does it not really matter?
