Agree completly, do you have any idea if that pattern, or leaflet, is available anywhere Dollyce?

When I added it to the Ravelry patterns database, I looked and looked to see if the leaflet could be purchased anywhere on Earth. I haven't found it. The Classic Elite website is silent about it, not even saying 'out of print'.

I am going to contact them about this. If they have ditched this pattern, I'm going to ask permission to print the pattern here in the thread. Or, at least, to mail the pattern to people who ask.

Will let y'all know what I hear.

You are totally awesome, Dollyce! I want that pattern so bad I can feel the knitted sweater on me already. They'll get a call after I wake up.

I intend to knit another one of these basic hoodies!

NOTE: when you get to the hood, it asks you to knit until the hood is 12" from where you picked up the hood stitches at the neck...then fold the work in half and work a 3-needle bindoff (very neat BTW)!

Here is my cautionary note:
at about 10" into the hood...fold the work in half and temporarily clip the top seam together and try the coat/hood on for size!

I knit my hood til the prescribed 12" and I think my hood looks gigantic. I might pull out the 3-needle bindoff, and pull out an inch at a time and try it on each time before re-seaming. I hate hoods that don't fit right, don't you? I feel like this!
