trouble with directions
I am confused with these directions (K,P,K) all in the next st. Please help:

It's like doing the kfb increase except with an extr st added.
Knit into the st and leave it on the L needle, move your yarn to the front and purl into the back leg of the stitch, move yarn to the front and knit into the front leg again. Or you can k, yo, k all in the front leg, it's less tight.
