I had heard about that woman, but never thought to look up the videos on YouTube. I guess necessity is the mother of invention. Very clever ideas.

Even though I'm a vegetarian, I've used some of her recipes/ideas, just modified the meat out when applicable. I've instituted a rule that i don't buy commercially baked muffins, cookies etc since I can easily bake those myself for a fraction of the $ (plus way less dodgy chemicals etc.) I can bake bread, too, and I'm trying to bake my own bread instead of buying it, plus spaghetti sauce blah blah blah.
