I watched this video quite a bit when I was trying to settle on a style that I wanted to use for my knitting. Being a combined knitter for so long, it was much easier for me to wrap my yarn since I was always approaching the loop from the right side. Purling was just a matter of the front of the loop vs the back of the loop.

Now that I've decided that Eastern Knitting makes much more sense to me and I'm going much faster I've found that grabbing the yarn is not something I can do well. I'm working on my dexterity, but, well, let's just say I'm not ready to pick anybody's pocket any time soon.
Knitting to keep my sanity. It's working... kinda...
