Custom Labels?

I am knitting a prayer shawl for my cousin who has a brain tumor. I'd like to add a custom label w/ a short prayer on it. Does anyone know of a place that would do this for not a ton of money?

That sounds like it'd be expensive, especially if you only want one.

How about a more generic label "made for you with love by xx"
