I casted on with some practice yarn and worked 3 rows. My problem is that I can't get enough of the Kroy yarn to make the shawl and I don't have enough in my stash. So I settled for what I can get at the moment. Wool makes me itch so I chose Premier Coral in teal. It's a number 2 yarn instead of a number 1. Hope it will work okay. I could order the Kroy but it would put me another week behind. Bear with me! I really want to make this shawl!

Kathy- So do you have enough yarn in the Premier?

The skeins have 284 yds and I bought 5 of them! I figure if I have a lot left over, I'll make a pair of socks!
So far I'm loving the pattern! Thanks to those that paved the way, it is going smoothly. I'm getting ready to cast on the new yarn. I'll let you know if it's going to work.

Ok..... I am home all of the time with nothing to do.....long story. I just may dive into the deep in of the pool. If just take it slow one step at a time I should be able to do this. That and lots of lifelines. Now to go stash diving to see if I have the right type yarn......or Oh My Gosh I may have to to the LYS and get some yarn.....I am so sad about that. If yall don't mind lots of questions I am going to try this. What do yall think?

Yay, more knitters!! I can't check the thread as often as I'd like during the day, but I love catching up when I get home. I finished my second repeat last night and started my third one this morning. What can I say, I'm a night and weekend knitter. Also, I still can't find my camera cable, but I could draw you a picture if you really want one...
