thats noticeable but not all that bad

AWSOME JOB!! thank you for pics
Whatcha gonna do with it now?

NOW.....get some rest...your done. Now you can help the rest of the testers...
I wish they would talk more...

If its not too much trouble...Measure it when you get it off the block and let me know what it is please?
And if you could give me a round ball park of the yardage that would be good enough.

Also.. what did you think of the pattern? hard, easy? Any other comments you want to give me about it?

Yeah...disappointed with that grafting job, but again, the yarn was felting, and really...I wasn't getting anywhere...

One site was saying "find a boy/girl scout who can read a map..." it went on to explain that you should let them do it and follow the thread...and I am a Guide leader...FAIL...

I am going to let it dry first...then I will post it to Ravelry...will I be able to do that? Are you going to link it? Should I wait?

I will measure it for you tomorrow....

and AOK with the ravelry then...just let me know when that is a go!

*smiles*

I think the pattern was probably a more advanced level...for the sense it had cables and lace...

It was easy once I got a groove on! *smiles* the grafting was no fun...but I think I just need more practice with it.

I will try it again later...when I have bountiful sock yarn at my disposal. *smiles*

CONGRATS, Crycket!!! The shawl looks fantabulous!!

Sorry my posts have been so sporadic, but I am making progress and am nearing my third corner. I'll let you know once I'm done and fill you in on the grafting (dun dun dun!!).

Sorry I haven't posted. I wanted to get the 10th pattern done first and I'm only at 9 1/2. I had one of those days where I had 3 hrs. sleep and had the grandbaby all day. Needless to say, I frogged back to my lifeline (thank goodness for lifelines!) and finally got all the yarn barf reknitted!

Melissa, I had a busy day yesterday and hadn't read your post about names. I'll be glad you to send you mine, but I'm not really sure I deserve a "prize". I didn't finish on time and have a ways to go yet! Like Crycket, I'm honored that you let me be in on the fun! But I'll email you.

Kathy

I have found that its better to not knit something i have to pay attention to if im distracted or really tired...sure as the day is long, Ill mess it up and wind up having to do it twice and only have one to show for it...

No "prize"....just a thank you...
Got your email, thank you.

Dimpledapple...thank you too. Wow!! I didnt realize you were that far along...looks like you will be next to cross the finish...

How is everyone this morning??
Crycket, you feel good that its done?

You know...I feel happy and fufilled having finished it, but kinda sad that I don't have a deadline and cheering section to look forward to any more.

I am quite disappointed with my graft, but c'est la vie. It is the old, no one will notice except you thing.

Back to that poor frog that needs to get done, and on to my kitchen curtains!
