A quick update. I have 15 patterns done on the 2nd long side!!!! I'm still working on it a bit tonight and hopefully will get the long side done tomorrow.

Crycket... Loving the frog! Great job! And he has loads of personality! Wyatt would love one of those. Can I ask where you got his eyes?

I can see the end and I'm having a hard time putting it down! YES, the long side is so very, very longgggggggg! I have 18 patterns done this morning and am working on it now. I don't have Wyatt until Wed. this week and I want to get it done and blocked before I have to worry about little fingers "helping" me out

I bookmarked the Etsy site for future reference on the frog eyes. I just love looking at your frog

Back to knitting

He is so delightfully disgruntled....

I guess it is kinda like Grumpy Bear, or just Grumpy the Dwarf, or Eeyore. Just something that that makes you want to go and hug it...or kick it...either way...very drawing...

First off, thanks to everyone for the inspiration. Heaven knows I love to hear that my knitting is looking okay!

I have 5 patterns on the short side...
There is a light at the end of my tunnel after all! But then there is that OTHER nightmare of mine... GRAFTING! I certainly hope that everybody is going to be here later today when I get to that. I haven't a clue how to do it and I'll need everybody's input on links or advice! With any luck, I'll try to block it tonight....
Keep your fingers crossed.

This is not a big deal......unless you make it one. If you are stressed about it, often times it makes things harder. Grab you some chocolate (or wine) (or vice of choice) kick EVERYONE out of the room your working in, and tell them you will shoot fire from your eye sockets if they even THINK about commin in. turn on every light you have so you can see better and clean your glasses and just follow the dark yarn SLOWLY and one stitch at a time...be sure to check both sides to make sure your working yarn is following the right path. piece of cake...or pie, whichever you prefer.

go back and reread the threads....and then I will be here after 4pm cst. Not sure how i could help...but i will be on standby.

and then when you get done with it.....you will say to yourself..."What the hell was the big deal?"

Good Luck!!

Grafting is just one stitch at a time - like the rest of knitting. And in this case you already have a lifeline (the waste yarn) and a pathfinder (the waste yarn) so just follow it..... On stitch at a time.
