How to bo Lion brand pattern?
The Lion brand pattern is called "Stockinette knit Shrug" ( No wonder I couldn't find it. I was asking for "turtleback pattern!) It calls for cotton yarn, which I hate, but is in the worsted weight so I plan to use that pattern. Have tried to picture in my mind with no luck, but I think this one looks easy enough for someone who has knitted for 60* years. ;-)

I don't understand your question. Do you want to know how to bind off something?

When asking questions ALWAYS post the name and a link for the pattern if you have it.

Yes, that's a really simple pattern where you do 2 pieces and sew them together; you would BO normally. What's your question?
