Chart Help Please
This is only my 2nd chart project and my first Fair Isle Sweater...I am knitting from Bernat's Ready Set Snow book size 4XL. The directions say "Work chart IV to end of chart, reading rows from RIGHT to left and NOTING 20-ST REP WILL BE WORKED 12 TIMES"
Does that mean that I ignore the stitches before the 20-ST REP when I start anew?
Thanks in advance!

Right, work the beginning sts, then repeat just the 20 sts 12 times.
