Welcome!

It's a little too close up and blurry to tell for sure. Can you post a better picture?

it looks very similar to:

the half linen stitch (http://newstitchaday.com/half-linen-stitch/)

the knot stitch (http://newstitchaday.com/how-to-knit-the-knot-stitch/)

or the whelk stitch (http://newstitchaday.com/how-to-knit-the-whelk-stitch/)

but really, i think it's the rose stitch (http://newstitchaday.com/how-to-knit-the-rose-stitch/).

but, i'd do some gauge swatches with your yarn to double check.

Jan I have to crop it because it's too big to attach. I can email it to you if you want to send me your email

I'm certain it's the half linen stitch.

Hi,it looks like the moss stitch. Here are 2 stitches you can try:

Cluster Rib-multiple of 3sts+1-
Row 1 (RS) p1,(k2,p1) across
Row 2-k1 *yo,k2,with the left needle bring the yo over the 2 knit sts and off the right needle,k1 repeat from *across.
Row 3-p1,(k2,p1) across
Row 4-k1,*yo,k2,with left needle bring the yo over the 2 knit sts and off the right needle,k1 repeat from *across.
Repeat rows 3&4 for the pattern

Rib Stitch-
k2,p2( worked over a multiple of 4 sts)
Row1-*k2,p2 repeat from* across
Row2-k the knit sts & p the purl sts
Repeat rows 1&2 until your piece measures 64" or the length you want.
