this is probably going to sound really obvious, but, how do you count rows of knitted stocking stitch for a pattern? For example, my pattern goes, 'work 6 more rounds in st st.' then you change needles to start the rest of the pattern. I'm having trouble figuring out how many rows i've done. When i've reached the end of a round (at stitch marker), and i'm looking at the little v's do you count the loops still on the needle as a row? so 5 little v's and the loops on the needle = 6 rounds, or is that 5 and do i need to do one more round???
thankyou if anyone can figure out what i mean!
