understanding directions
can someone please tell me what they mean in the pattern when it says

"k1,m1, work to the last 2sts,k1,m1,k1"

I undersatnd the knit 1, make 1....but do I k1, m1 all the way to the last 2 stitches??? OR do I knit 1, make 1 and work the existing stitches(which are currently k1,p1 )to the last 2 stitches?

My mittens and I await your reply...................

Only do the m1 at the beginning at the end, working the ribbing in between. If you do the m1's all the way across, you're going to have a very large mitten!

You're second guess is correct. If the pattern tells you to 'work' the stiches, that just means knit them in the pattern you were already using.

Hope this helps
Are you alive? Good. You can still do something

FO's: Just finished both of my pink socks. Nothing fancy, but alright.
WIP: Nothing. It's so depressing
Up Next: Purse for my friend (still need to get yarn)
