buying yarn tension issues
WHen buying yarn, should you be buying uisng the gauge on the pattern, or should you be buying using the gauge the manufacturer of yarn stated on the label?

Sometimes the pattern maker intentionally moved away from recommended gauge to get the desired effect.
If you follow the manufacturer you won't come out with the right size.
Petroleum based knitter, removing that nasty oil from the ground one skein at a time.
