What is "Turning Row" on round?
Pattern says "turning row" purl a row. I have knitted on the round for five rows. Thanks!! =^..^=

This is where you'll later turn up the lower edge to make a hem. Just purl the row as normal, then go back to stockinette or whatever is written in the pattern.
