Return & Cancellation Policy

We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase from the store. However, if for some reason you need to return a item we will gladly accept your return for a full refund under our 30-day refund policy. The returned item must be mailed back to us within 30 days of receipt and must be received in sellable condition. Shipping the returned item is the responsibility of the buyer. Once we receive the returned item we will process your return immediately and refund the item amount. Unfortunately we cannot refund the original shipping costs. If you wish to return an item to the KnittingHelp.com shop, please contact us beforehand so can expect your return.

If you receive an item that was damaged in transit and wish to receive a replacement, please let us know. We will gladly send you a new one on our next scheduled shipping date.

If you have placed an order and wish to cancel that order please contact us as soon as possible and we will cancel the order and refund the amount billed back to your credit card. 

 

Shipping Policies

We ship items twice per week.  Our normal shipping days are Mondays and Thursdays. During the holiday season we tend to ship more frequently to ensure you'll receive your purchase before the holidays. All items are shipped by the United States Postal Service and include delivery confirmation. We offer a variety of shipping options such as First-Class, Priority, and Express Mail. You can choose your desired shipping options during the checkout process.

Our store also ships internationally and the cost and transit time is presented during the checkout process for international orders. Due to problems with fraud, customs, and foreign post offices, we reserve the right to refuse orders to any  international destination we feel is a high risk for loss. If we refuse service to an international location we will notify you by email and refund your total order cost immediately.
