The pattern is a little hard
to follow, but the diagram makes it clear, with how
many rows and stitches for each front and back piece.
Start at the bottom with ribbing. On diagram "RC"
appears to be "Row Count." For "fully
fashioned" (meaning fashionably showing) decreases,
work as follow: *On RS: k2, ssk, knit until you have
4 sts on left needles, k2 tog, k2. Purl the WS. Repeat
from * until you have 69 sts.
